Requirements

• Physically fit and agile
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to work in heights with no restrictions
• Self-motivated to work alone or in small teams
• Previous climbing experience required
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Use proper pruning techniques in trimming, assist in chipping and clearing of all debris
• Ensure a safe environment at all times for employee, client and public protection
• Ensure ANSI safety practices are followed at all times
• Maintain climbing gear and tree care equipment optimally to ensure all are in safe working order before every use
• Direct successful management of company assets
• Ensures that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget
• Comply with company policies, ethics, state laws and regulations
• Identify and employ ways to perform work more efficiently and safely
