What you will do:

  • Executes extensive development assignments/curriculum as part of an intentional developmental Class A driver program
  • Attends a formal Class A CDL training class, through a company selected, accredited institution with the purpose of obtaining a Class A CDL (if candidate is not already a CDL A license holder)
  • Performs extensive hands on training on the road with a designated trainer, and progresses to solo driving after meeting identified evaluation criteria
  • Other duties may be assigned

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have clean MVR
  • At least 1 year of driving experience
  • Ability to obtain a passport and drive across the border into Canada
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID
  • Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and pass a DOT drug screen
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including any days, shift, and weekends to ensure customer demand is met

Great to Haves:

  • Experience operating DOT regulated vehicles or heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and rules
  • Class A CDL License
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with computers
