This is a position that focus on selling lawn care services to new and existing customers in-person through door-to-door selling efforts within our Walton Hills, OH Branch.

TruGreen Sales Representative:
· Selling programs and services to current and prospective customers through traveling around assigned territory.
· Develops customized solutions based on customer needs, using the TruGreen suite of lawn care products and services.
· Must be 18 years old
· Valid Driver’s License and Own Vehicle are Required
· Uncapped commission plan
· Salary and Commissions Paid Weekly
· $0.40 fuel reimbursement per mile
· No Experience Needed. Paid Training.
· High school diploma/GED required
· Cellphone provided

Pay rate:
1st week $15.75/hr - $630.00/weekly base salary
Schedule:
Monday – Friday from 10am – 8pm EST and Saturday’s from 9am – 2pm EST during our peak season (which is typically March through May).
