UArizona STEMM Student Thinking Enrichment thru Math Mentors Job at AmeriCorps
The Arizona Board of Regents proposes to have 70 AmeriCorps members who will mentor and tutor students in mathematics in Arizona schools. At the end of the first program year, the AmeriCorps members will be responsible for improved academic engagement for 595 students. In addition, the AmeriCorps members will leverage 100 volunteers who will be engaged in community mathematics and STEM events.
Member Duties : Members will tutor and mentor K-12 students in mathematics
Program Benefits : Training , Education award upon successful completion of service , Living Allowance .
