Unit Secretary – Physical Therapy, Springville, NY Working Hours: As Needed (Per Diem). Days 8am-4pm. Monday - Friday
- Answer multi line phone system, take messages and transfer calls
- Meet, greet and schedule patient visits or procedures, process payments
- Prepare and maintain patient charts, records, accounts
- Maintain organization of office, order supplies
Unit Secretary Requires:
- HS diploma or GED
- Previous medical office/ medical reception experience
- Medical terminology and/or knowledge of medical codes preferred
- COVID19 Vaccination is required
Compensation is adjusted based on experience, $14.20/hr minimum.
