Utility - Dryers Job at Producers Rice Mill, Inc.
Description/Job Summary
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m., overtime as needed including weekends and 12 hour shifts during harvest.
Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning and sanitation of the dryer area and equipment. Dry cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency. Also responsible for assisting with dumping trucks and maintenance as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be able to read, speak and understand Basic English.
- Must be willing to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be willing to bend, stoop, twist, turn, push and pull throughout the day.
- Must be willing to climb up to 8 feet as needed.
- Must be willing to help with maintenance when needed.
- Must be willing to be trained to operate a truck dump.
- Must be willing to be trained to sweep, scoop, and blow down.
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work in a dusty environment.
- Must be willing to walk/stand for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to be trained to ride a man-lift,
