Vacation Rental Cleaners needed - Weekends ONLY Job at Gulf Coast Rentals Cleaning LLC
We are searching for Vacation Rental Cleaners who take pride in their work and have the highest attention to detail. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning a designated area in a multi-story luxury vacation rental on Siesta or Lido Keys. All supplies and equipment provided at the job site. Duties may include cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patio, balconies, and floors. Including steam mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, scrubbing, polishing, detailing, picking up larger objects off the floor, moving light furniture, and cleaning glass and windows. Knowing how to clean glass streak-free is a MUST! We are willing to teach those interested in learning and exceeding in their field.
When?
Weekends only. Saturday availability a MUST.
Where?
Siesta Key and/or Lido Key
What does it pay?
We pay $20 an hour via Zelle or Cash App (not cash)
What kind of position is this?
This is a 1099 Subcontractor position
When will I get paid?
Weekly on Wednesdays for the week prior.
Do I work alone or on a team?
You will be in a team of 3 to 5 cleaners, with one of them a Lead Technician. You must have your own car to be able to mobilize to the job site
Do you offer incentives or bonuses?
Properties completed to perfection and passing inspection qualify for a "team bonus"
We provide all supplies and equipment, all you need to do is show up and be ready to clean!
Job requirements:
- Over 18 years of age
- Free of drugs and felonies
- Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)
- Must own a vehicle and smartphone
- Valid car insurance and driver's license
- At least 1 year of paid house cleaning experience. Deep cleaning and/or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
- Reliability is a must!
