Value Added Distributors (VAD) is growing and looking to add to their team. VAD is looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic part-time Vendor Managed Inventory Associate (VMI) to join our team of at our Mukwonago, WI location. We are anticipating this position to work 3 days a week for approximately 20-24 hours per week. Salary dependent on past work history. This position reports to the VMI Manager and will assist in the day-to-day inventory control activities.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities for the Vendor Managed Inventory Associate:

• Work on site at our customers and internally to scan/replenish product.
• Stocking incoming products onto shelves.
• Put away product and rotate inventory to make sure FIFO inventory practices are followed.
• Interact with customer contacts to make sure flow of product is not disrupted between VAD and our customers.
• Run and present inventory reports.
• Problem solve at our customers solutions to any supply chain constraints.
• Work with sales to identify possible opportunities for sales growth.
• Represent yourself and VAD well in front of the customer with superior customer service.

Qualifications for the Vendor Managed Inventory Associate:

• Must have a valid Drivers License and insurable driving record.
• High School Diploma a must. Associates or college degree a plus (not required).
• Clean driving record.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy counts.
• Experience entering data into computers.
• Ability to safely lift 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work quickly, high degree of accuracy and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to help other.
