Job Role: Veritas Volume Manager Expert
Location: Alpharetta Georgia 30005 / Hybrid option
Long term contract
4PM-12AM, may be later depending on business needs
JD:
· 15 Years’ experience
· Candidate should have strong working experience on following Veritas tools.
· Veritas Volume Manager
· Veritas Cluster (VCS)
· Veritas File system (VxFS)
· Veritas Cluster volume manager
· Candidate should have deeper knowledge in Linux volume manager.
· Candidate should have knowledge in Unix shell or python Scripting.
· Candidate should have experience on red hat enterprise Linux.
· Engineering mindset and attitude towards learnings, ready to face new technical challenges.
· Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution.
· Responsible for production deployments, ensuring governance and controls and act as a gatekeeper for any production environment changes.
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $80.00 per hour
Shift:
- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Alpharetta, GA 30009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
