Crosslake Veterinary Hospital (crosslakevet.com) is looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Crosslake Vet is a companion animal clinic in the Brainerd Lakes Area. We pride ourselves on quality, evidence-based care that begins with establishing client relationships and focusing on educating our pet owners and practicing preventative medicine.
We are a busy practice, continually growing and adding new positions every year, and looking to expand our receptionist team.
We are looking for a CSR who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and has a positive attitude.
The CSR position at Crosslake Veterinary Hospital is a key member of our team. Our ideal candidate will excel in customer service, able to multi-task and have a positive attitude. Must also possess excellent communication skills including, oral, written and interpersonal. Must be able to perform all the duties of a veterinary receptionist operating a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, collecting payment for services, as well as coordinate customer needs including education on veterinary care, updating medical records, and triaging emergency calls.
Veterinary practice experience is desired but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
