West Ashley Veterinary Clinic is seeking experienced veterinary receptionists to join our team-oriented veterinary clinic. Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, including proper phone etiquette and a warm, friendly and professional demeanor with clients and co-workers. Dependability and punctuality are a must. If you are the type of person who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys talking on the phone and providing excellent customer service, we want you to apply! We are a large practice with seven doctors, so the ideal candidate will be able to multi-task while paying close attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who can embrace our compassionate care methods, which include gentle, low-stress care for our patients and professional, considerate, and genuinely caring attitudes toward our clients. Applicants should have a flexible schedule during the week and must be able to work days surrounding holidays. We are closed on weekends and also closed for six major holidays. A normal weekday shift is from 7:45am until closing (6pm-ish). Full-time employees work four full weekdays and part-time employees work 2-3 full weekdays.
