Sodexo Live! has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President, Digital & Tech Solutions for Sodexo Live! North America. As a key contributor to the strategy, the identified candidate will lead all aspects of IT (infrastructure, tools, applications), Data and Digital Innovation for the Region. They will be leading a dedicated Sodexo Live! Digital team and will also work in collaboration with the Global Sodexo Live! Digital and Tech Solutions leadership, the segment functional & operational teams and the Sodexo Digital & IT organization (both regional and global). The role will embrace from strategy formulation to execution, with special focus on organization design, talent acquisition and development, change management and the leadership of a community of experts. The successful candidate will:
  • Drive the development & deployment of the Sodexo Live! Digital, IT and data strategy in NORAM in conjunction with the key stakeholders (IS&T, Group Digital and Innovation, Data Lab, Sodexo Live! teams)
  • Design and build digital and data organization in NORAM & directly manage this organization.
  • Manage day to day digital, IT and data operations aiming at operational excellence as well as continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the Sodexo Live! Digital, IT and data vision with the Sodexo Live! leadership team in NORAM and global digital and tech solutions VP.
  • Build specific data analytics by Line of Business with the support of Sodexo Group data team.
  • Support operations with data analytics and reporting, as well as pricing benchmarks
  • Build business cases to secure investment plans in digital and data. Manage those investments in NORAM to drive scale and knowledge and maximize ROI
  • Be accountable for the NORAM Data strategy and multi-year roadmap to develop best in class value in this field supporting our growth ambition
  • Define a clear NORAM Digital, IT and data product roadmap around 3 key legs: B2C Sales & Marketing, Digital solutions, Data
  • Support business development and retention (incl. client and prospects presentations & demo)
  • Drive, review and continuously improve governances in place. Ensure barriers are removed, and focus is on actions and accountability
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with key dimensions (Sodexo Live!, Region and Group)
  • Develop, execute and successfully deliver the Digital, IT and data adoption and change management in NORAM
  • Team leadership, performance management and talent development of the direct team in NORAM. Apart from this team, the jobholder will have to manage non-hierarchical relationships through influencing
  • Personally role-model behaviors aligned with the Sodexo Group values (Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress) and ethical principles (Loyalty, Respect for People, Transparency, Business integrity)
  • Ensure competitive watch and identify early market trends

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
  • Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in digital, IT and data operations as well as in digital business transformation
  • Deep experience in B2B4C services industry with deep understanding of client relationships
  • Experience with consumer facing digital and tech solutions, sports and leisure a plus
  • Proven track record in designing and driving innovation, especially in the field of digital tools and/or data
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing similar international transformation programs within another large company
  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement and scale a holistic technology-driven business platform
  • Leadership skills to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive progress in a complex environment
  • Credibility within the program environment to be able to take on the responsibility to influence others
  • Ability to find innovative ways of solving and/or anticipating problems
