National Church Residences is seeking an experienced Vice President of Property Management to join our management team. The right candidate will be a visionary leader that thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven track record of success as it relates to managing and developing a team. Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing Management, to support and lead the achievement of budgeted revenue growth and expense management expectations within Property Management business line.
• Lead successful performance thru Regional Vice Presidents and other direct/indirect reports to meet or exceed occupancy, budgeted NOI, cash flow projections, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) standards at each property.
• Develop, establish goals, and drive portfolio performance of Regional Vice Presidents, and all other direct report personnel.
• Oversee Property Management’s adherence to applicable housing programs’ regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, state and local requirements, as well as various affordable housing program requirements, i.e. HUD, PRAC, 202/B, LIHTC, RAD, Housing Choice Vouchers, Project Based Vouchers, Project Based Rental Assistance, ALCP, Market Rate, PSH, etc.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of affordable housing and property management operations in order to serve as a liaison between internal staff, senior leadership, and/or by external partners.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ leadership experience required at the Executive (VP) Management level.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant property management experience, leading and supervising multi-site Regional Property Leaders, Demonstrated progressive leadership with proven results required.
• Proven successful project management, and/or system implementation experience desired.
• Proven and demonstrated ability to deliver on owner’s goals and objectives, consistently.
