Why we are hiring
With the Northeast market growing, and a slew of promotions, we are looking to hire a seasoned Executive with Residential Facility Maintenance experience to oversee 40+ properties from New York City to Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Experience with leading Site Mangers who oversee teams of Janitors, Concierge, Security and Maintenance for 100+ sites across multiple states is required.

In this critical role, the qualified candidate will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for Planned Companies. S/he will direct, administer, and coordinate the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, strategic, and focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing
  • Understand the markets served by the organization, support program leads in identifying new business opportunities and manage the proposal process from operations perspective in attainment of the marketing objectives
  • Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives. Recommends their adoption to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Direct internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria, and to preserve the capital funds invested in the enterprise.
  • Provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all programs and services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs
  • Identify opportunities for Planned Companies to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and/or to address organizational challenges
  • Manage and cultivate existing relationships with funders to secure and expand recurring revenue streams
  • Develop operational policies and initiatives, create a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of these policies and initiatives, and appraise and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically
  • Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
  • Prepare and submit an annual operational budget, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction by keeping a client focus on all decisions and providing opportunities for clients to communicate their view of company performance
  • Continually identify areas for operational improvement in order to reduce costs and ensure that the organization is functioning at its best
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Now the requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, Master’s a plus
  • 10+ years Executive Leadership in the Janitorial, Concierge, Security and Maintenance industry
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable programs
  • Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven interpersonal and leadership success
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
Salary: $160,000
