Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking a Vice President/Program Manager to join our Underwriting Services division. This is a leadership level position responsible for underwriting profit and loss and day-to-day operations within the Glatfelter Ministry Care program area, including the development, execution and maintenance of program-specific Business Plans, Pricing Targets and Underwriting Programs.
Minimum of 10 years commercial property & casualty underwriting experience in a company or program manager environment required. Knowledge of the exposures within ministry care and faith-based organizations required. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related curriculum with advanced insurance designation preferred. Must be able to assess and devise property casualty insurance program structures and terms at an account level and independently devise program applications, underwriting guidelines and program training materials. Valid Property-Casualty license required or must attain within three (3) months.
