Tatum is currently working with a progressive real estate organization in Santa Monica who is looking for an experienced Controller. Company offers collaborative work enviornment, opportunities for professional development, and competitive compensation.

The primary responsibilities in this role reporting to the COO will include: Managing day to day accounting operations for personal and business transactions, Cash Management to include weekly and monthly cash reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Construction and Property Management Accounting, Investor Reporting, and Special Projects as Assigned.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with additional experience in real estate construction, property management or private equity. Other requirements include:

• Yardi experience required
• Bachelor's Degree, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
