• Follows proper and complete uniform policy and is ready for scheduled shifts.

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions.*

• Writes order on check and enters order into POS system.*

• Serves food from the kitchen in a courteous and timely manner.*

• Observes customers to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meal has been completed.*

• Total bill and present to guests.*

• Cleans, organizes and maintains assigned stations and all services areas prior to, during and after meal time rush.*

• Applies knowledge of full menu and other information such as Company promotions and events.*

• Uses suggestive selling techniques to offer food specials, menu items, and other promotions.*

• Communicates all concerns to management including issues with health, sanitation, staff, inventory and guests.

• Cross-serves and assists team members as needed.

• Report any customer concerns directly to management.

• Completes opening and closing duties in accordance with approved procedures. (See List)*

• Communicates any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to management.*

• Manage the sale, service and consumption of alcohol in accordance with company policy.

• Attends Restaurant meetings and training sessions as requested.*

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• *

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment*

• High school diploma

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion

• Knowledge of how to operate a point-of-sale system

• Able to handle money accurately; displays basic math and reading skills

• Able to perform high quality work with minimal supervision/direction

• Can lift 30 pounds or more; ability to walk and stand for long periods of time

• Has a positive attitude and can work within a team alongside bussers, cooks, and other staff

• Problem solver
