Job Summary

Assist in the day to day activities of a small warehouse/distribution center (2,500 ft2). Reporting directly to Operations Manager. Must be detail oriented, accurate and accountable. Honesty, integrity and reliability are a MUST.

Friendly, informal work environment

Light accounting and admin experience is another MUST.

Qualifications and Skills

Must be familiar with basic Microsoft word and excel; and comfortable in adopting other software tools and portal driven logistic programs.

Basic QuickBook experience would be a great PLUS!

Good references (we will check)

Possess good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be assigned tasks related to the general work flow of a small US distribution center.

Assist in completing regulatory and compliance paperwork associated with the business.

Order invoicing & processing, ledger maintenance, crediting, shipping assistance and customer on-boarding.

Review paperwork for compliance and accuracy

Regular runs to the post office for drop offs

Manage delivery schedules (in/out)

Answer phone and provide info to customers

Keeping the work area neat and orderly

Interface with Sales Team and customers

Manage supplies

Manage and process returns

Qualifications and Skills

Basic email and Microsoft office experience

Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs, move pallets, unload/load trucks

English language

Valid driver’s license

Good references- we will check
