Warehouse Associate Job at Hunting Energy Services, LLC
Job Summary
Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in loading, unloading, shipping, returns, forklift operation and the ability to perform general tasks working in all departments as well as sorting, picking, stocking, staging and fabrication for the transportation of goods.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes and able to lift as much as 75 lbs.
- Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or product line
- Stack or pile materials, such as lumber, boards, pallets or product and maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.).
- Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported and verify computations against physical count of stock.
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
- Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Under supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment. All Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.
- General computer skills, knowledge & ability to learn our computer system
- Self -motivation, Reliability and Dependability a must
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience
- Computer literate
- Warehouse Experience Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
