Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that our customer’s product(s) are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner by forklift operation and physically loading/unloading of trucks. They are also responsible for proper inventory being maintained and upholding good housekeeping and warehouse standards.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through compliance with all warehouse and safety guidelines.
- Maintain and operate a forklift to OSHA standards.
- Packing, pulling, cutting, scanning, and labeling of outbound shipments for customers.
- Stocking and moving inbound inventory in the warehouse.
- Receiving of inventory and performing quality checks on materials received.
- Inputting received material into the computer system.
- Other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- One year minimum of warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic forklift skills – forklift certification is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Excellent customer service skills.
