Qualifications for Local Truck Drivers:

• Class A CDL driver with two or fewer incidents on the MVR
• Must be 24 years or older
• Must have a good driving record and be insurable by company standards
• Must have good communication and customer service skills and also be a team player
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 61 pounds
• Doubles endorsement, preferred
• Tanker endorsement required
• High school diploma preferred
• GED assistance available

Job Description for Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers:

• Will work primarily in ice cream load-out.
• Will need to learn Blue Yonder, AS400 and DAX WMS systems.
• Will need to learn all aspects of ice cream load-out including picking, sorting, novelty shipments, racking and loading, and paperwork.
• Will need to learn skidding deck and crane operation.
• May rotate between skidding deck, crane, picking and racking.
• May be required to work in ice cream production.
• *Will work in the fluid and cultured department on a seasonal basis. (Schedule will be as needed in areas such as the Dairy Lane cooler.)
• Must be willing and able to train and become certified on forklift.
• Must be willing to cross train and perform other duties as assigned.
