ABOUT THE JOB:

The Warehouse Coordinator looks after al the day-to-day activities associated with equipment and parts management/inventory. This position works closely with the job coordinators to support all residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Organize purchased and fabricated parts in preparation for installation in the field.
• Work closely with the job coordinators and the purchasing coordinator to ensure all parts have been received in advance of the installation date.
• Monitor inventory levels of stock parts and coordinate replenishment with purchasing.
• Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy of our inventory.
• Interact with key suppliers to organize and maintain critical inventory.
• Maintain a high level of organization and housekeeping in the warehouse to ensure efficient utilization of the shop space.
• Track vehicle maintenance and facilitate repairs as needed.
• Monitor company tool usage to ensure they are fit for duty and facility any repairs and replacements needed.
• Facilitate personal tool replacement for the field employees for worn out and damaged tools.
• Parts delivery and pickup at various vendor and job locations.
• Assist the field crews with van loading/unloading.
• Refuel vehicles as needed.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, customer requirements.
• Participate in technical trainings, safety meetings, and teamwork projects.

Physical Requirements include:

• Working within tight/confined spaces.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, or climbing ladders.
• Possibly of working in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year and warehouse temperature control.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+ and communicate when needing a team lift member.
