Shipping and Receiving Associate
The purpose of this position is to receive, put away, pick and ship product within FMT’s warehouse. This associate is responsible for maintaining quality by properly and safely handling the product using customer focused distribution.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Operate powered industrial lift truck in a safe manner at all times.
- Handle product accurately and efficiently while receiving, putting away, picking and shipping product in order to contribute to achieving or exceeding demand
- Supply workers with material as required.
- Accurately document all shipments and receipts and report any discrepancy
- Help facilitate cycle counts (physical inventory counts)
- Assist with mold changes as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
- Must pass FMT’s safety program for industrial truck
- Must have experience in receiving and/or shipping material
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail is imperative
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes on a regular basis
- Must be able to work outdoors and indoors in varying temperatures
- Able to work in a team environment

- Location: FMT 2000 Industrial Dr Findlay, Ohio 45840 and other local facilities as needed
- This position will report to the Shipping & Receiving Manager
