Job Summary:

  • Supply Supervisor completes various supervisory roles, organization and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse’s storage and shipment processes. Their duties and responsibilities often include:

  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on process improvements.

  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.

  • Follow established warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.

  • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.

  • Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.

  • Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.

  • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Work will require lifting up to 50 lbs.; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing; prolonged sitting; and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to the weather.

  • Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to, head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.

  • Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published Company work rules.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to complete and prioritize tasks on multiple concurrent projects within given timeframes.

  • Work well in a team environment and able to work with a diverse group of people.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness due to frequent contact with confidential material.

  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and all others in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • US nationality/citizenship and residence, with verbal and written fluency in English.

  • 12 years relevant experience.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Must possess extensive working knowledge of the Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A) application software.

  • Must be able to pass a background security investigation as well as drug/alcohol screening prior to employment.

  • Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days of employment.

  • Must submit certifications from GCSS-A for selection to this position.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience w/ Associates Degree.

  • Completed prerequisite training for Army Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 92A-Automated Logistical Specialist (MOS) or other higher Quartermaster training courses.
