Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm, Day Shift (see part-time hours below)

Full-Time Schedule for the Warehouse Production Associate:

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch and 10 minute paid breaks).

Part-Time Schedule for the Warehouse Production Associate:

• Flexible Work Schedule: You get to work with the Production Manager on creating your own schedule during the week's 1st shift schedule.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
    • You have the option to work anywhere from 1 to 5 days per week
  • Must work at least 4 hours per shift
    • You have the option to work anywhere from 4 to 29 hours per week
  • Flexible start time anywhere between 9:30am to 2:00pm
    • Please note that 1st shift ends at 6:00pm

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Warehouse Production Associate:

The Warehouse Production Associate reports to the Fabrication Coordinator and is responsible for the assembly of hydraulic hoses, waterjet parts, filter assemblies, and assort other products. https://www.youtube.com/user/TransmotionLLC

• Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
• Monitor quality processes.
• Complete and submit inspection paperwork.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Production Associate:

• Requires ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous forklift experience is desired.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must possess the ability to apply basic math skills.
• Must be able to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
