This role executes the receiving process and/or shipping process and is responsible for maintaining the integrity and orderliness of all inventory storage locations.

Primary Objective:
The Warehouse-Shipping position, coordinates and moves material to and from stock locations and the factory floor in order to support timely build of job orders while maintaining the integrity and orderliness of all inventory storage locations

Job Functions:*

• Physically receive materials from UPS/FedEx or freight carriers, and subsequently receive materials into business management software. Read and understand shipping documents. Resolve exceptions and problems with others from purchasing, finance and production
• Ensure all parts being shipped matches the sales order
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of all raw material storage locations
• Use powered and unpowered tools such as pallet trucks, shrink wrapper, tape dispensers, scales and packaging equipment.
• Perform physical cycle counts as requested.
• Package various items using boxes, shrink wrap, and or pack material in general.
• Cross train in Signals and Fabrication
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:*
High School/GED required and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

• Must be able to operate a forklift, and or motorized pallet jack
• Must be able to pay attention to detail consistently
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must have solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Suite
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be multi-task oriented

Physical Demands and Work Environment:*

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; talk or hear; and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is required to use hands repetitively. Intermittently, the employee may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to stand or sit as required for 8-hour shift.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:*
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of worked are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. or from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Occasional overtime including weekends may be required.

Effective 08/26/22 until further notice, candidates who first apply and successfully complete 90 days of employment at MoboTrex will receive a $500 sign on bonus.*
