Salary Range:

$58,000- $65,000

Summary:

· Supervise operational activities at Charcuterie Artisans warehouse locations in alignment with the business strategy

· Support management in initiatives designed to improve warehouse and supply chain operations

· Support key areas of Charcuterie Artisans with world class warehouse support and service

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Provide operational leadership for warehouse operations for Charcuterie Artisans internal site (s).

· Responsible to lead implementation of processes designed to fulfill KPIs and lead indicators

· Manage daily activities of the direct team and processes

· Oversees the daily reporting of statistical data in support of measuring KPI’s

· Leads the development of improved work processes and procedures that enhance warehousing performance and effectiveness of assigned work teams and is accountable for achieving the incremental results from the implementation of these improvements

· Schedule and oversee direct team to meet the demands of the organization, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime

· Meet regularly with logistics, production, planning and procurement managers and supervisors to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for inventory accuracy, continuous improvement, and team development

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent professional experience

· 3+ years’ experience in a logistics focused role

· 2+ years leadership experience

· Proficient knowledge of logistics and transportation best practices and procedures

· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

· Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of company staff

· Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bilingual (English, Spanish)

· Advanced degree in supply chain, business, or engineering

· Exposure to ERP/WMS systems

· Experience in manufacturing environment with >1000 unique SKUs

· CLTD or CSCP
