We have an opportunity for you to join the team as the Warehouse Supervisor! The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ordering product, managing inventory, product expiration dates, receiving processes, scheduling, and processing direct to trade orders. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse staff. The Warehouse Supervisor works Monday – Friday starting at 6am.

“A day in the life of the Warehouse Supervisor looks like:”

• Builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies by effectively participating in the hiring and selection process and fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Coaches, mentors and develops Warehouse staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes.
• Counting inventory daily, investigating variances
• Filling and managing out of stocks
• Product location assignments and maintaining product sequencing
• Communicate new and discontinued items
• Place product orders from suppliers
• Provides back up support for the Load Crew Supervisor
• Process and return credits and recycling loads
• Warehouse/facility maintenance (lawn care/garbage/recycling/etc)
• Provide leadership and cultivate Gillette Pepsi core values and culture
• Maintain safety requirements (Gillette/OSHA/USDA/Dept of Ag)

What does it take to be the Warehouse Supervisor?

• Possess an Associate’s Degree in Supervisory Management or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with industry to warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate group or project leadership
• Demonstrate basic – intermediate computer skills required
