Job Details for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Schedule for Warehouse supervisor: Monday- Friday, 1st shift
• Pay Rate: $50-$60k

Job Responsibilities & Description for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Monitors employee productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.
• Provide safety and job skills training as necessary and monitor safety issues throughout the warehouse.
• Support compliance with all appropriate policies procedures and rules
• Ensures completion of all warehouse processes
• Assisting with management decisions and activities
• Planning, prioritizing and coordinating department work flow to optimize customer service level.
• Act as back-up to cover responsibilities within Warehouse team as requested.
• Approve and maintain Paychex time punches.
• Continually look for and identify areas for improvement to optimize performance

Job Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Knowledge of MRP systems required
• 5+ years experience in Warehouse and supervisor role
