Seeking ambitious and qualified individual to join our warehouse team in Waterloo, IA. This position is part of a team responsible for all activities related to loading outbound trucks, order fulfillment and general warehousing activities. This role is scheduled 9-6 pm Monday through Friday with potential for overtime based on demand requirements.

Primary responsibilities will include/require:

• Efficiently fulfill orders and properly complete paperwork.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
• Safe operation of equipment and loading of trucks/trailers.
• Verify correct product is picked for each order.
• Ensure product is properly labeled, wrapped and secured for shipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure bins are replenished.
• Track and record all product movements between bin locations.
• Correctly put away packaged products and complete quality checks.
• Assist walk-in customers as needed.
• Keep working area organized and clean.
• Other tasks and duties as needed/assigned.

Qualifications:

• Capable of physically demanding work (i.e. ability to repeatedly lift 25 to 75 pound packages).
• Fork truck certification required with ability to drive REACH and other fork trucks.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes and procedures.
• Willingness to continually improve skills and processes.
• Possess good communication skills and work ethic.
• Prefer work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with at least one year of employment with the same employer.
• High school diploma required.
• Mandatory pre-employment physical and drug-screen.
