The world of eCommerce is moving at lightning speed, and the pace of change requires enthusiastic team members to keep our warehouses running efficiently and accurately. In an effort to find the best external candidates to join the Red Stag Herd, we partner with staffing agencies to process, screen, and onboard applicants. While you will immediately be considered a part of the Red Stag Fulfillment team, for your first 90 days, you will be an employee through the staffing agency and subsequently paid through them.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Selecting orders with accuracy and speed that align with our client goals.
• Deploying your attention to detail that adds quality and confidence to consumers for their products.
• Efficiently retrieving orders using our technology and barcode scanners according to quantity, and product accuracy.
• Loading and unloading trucks by using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
• Packaging parcels in order to provide a pristine unboxing experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Attendance and punctuality are a must, daily schedule averages 11+ hours with mandatory seasonal attendance requirements.
• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 40lbs, and push carts with significant weight.
• Must be able to walk for long periods of time throughout large facilities and stand in one area for long periods of time.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work harmoniously and add value to a diverse team.
• Ability to grasp processes and concepts involving the use of various pieces of technology.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
• Must be able to work on the warehouse floor including continuous time moving, regular transportation of freight up to 50 pounds (with team lifting heavier items), reaching, bending, carrying, etc.
• Constantly works in an environment where the temperature matches that of the outside temperature.

• B Shift, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 AM - FINISH
• C Shift, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00AM - FINISH
• D Shift, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00AM - FINISH
• Swing Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 6:00PM - 2:45AM

Base Pay: $18.00/hr.

FLSA Exemption Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Benefits:

• PTO: Employee shall be allotted 40 hours of paid time off (“PTO”) on the first of the month FOLLOWING 30 days of employment. Additionally, Employee shall accrue on a straight-line accrual per pay period an additional amount of PTO based on Employee’s tenure with Company.
• Insurance: On the first day of the month FOLLOWING 30 days of employment, Employee will be eligible to begin receiving benefits. Red Stag offers the employee a BCBS base plan at no cost to them. Dependents, buy-ups, dental, and vision are offered at additional cost.
