We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate. The work location for this position is Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and is considered a fully on-site role.
The Opportunity:
This role will be responsible for processing inventory and preparing it for auction. These responsibilities include but are not limited to scanning, picking counting, sorting and inspecting inventory.
In this role you’ll:

• Assist in prepping inventory for auction by physically and virtually verifying accurate representation of location, condition, and status.
• Perform basic inspections of inventory items which require attention to detail and familiarity with WMS, windows and Apple IOS.
• Lot and classify inventory to be put into an organized system for later retrieval
• Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

Here’s what you bring:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of related experience is preferred

This job will require you to:

• Determine the best option of our available sales channels to maximize returns for the company

• Determine the ideal quantity for grouping items into lots and pricing with our proprietary system

• Ensure a safe working environment

• Able to lift 45 pounds unassisted and meet the physical nature of this role

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• Maintain quality standards in your work.

• Base salary + paid overtime

• Monday to Friday shift, 8 am to 4:30 pm

The hourly wage range for this role is $15.58 - $23,37 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
