WAURIKA OFFICE-CUSTOMER SERVICE REP-FULL TIME Job at MANGUM Fuel Service
We are currently taking applications for a Customer Service rep at Mangum Fuel Service in our Waurika, OK office.
Mangum Fuel Service in Waurika services propane customers and dispenses bottle fills at the office. Propane knowledge is not necessary-we will train the right candidate!!
Our ideal candidate will posses a great self-starting attitude with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast paced office setting. Our CSRs answer phones, take propane orders and enter customer information in our specialized database, answer customer questions, make routes and dispatch deliveries for our drivers, and communicate clearly with management. CSR duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)
- Answering phones
- Communicating daily with customers
- Customer data entry
- Taking customer orders
- Receiving customer payments
- Dispatching information to drivers
- Maintaining a clean work space
- Light cleaning duties
CSR requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience 1-3 years
- Computer experience preferred
