Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

In order to continue this growth, we are expanding our marketing efforts and looking to add a
Website Administrator to our team! The Website Administrator will play an integral role in the upkeep, maintenance, and overall performance of our website – providing our customers with an industry-leading online shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously improve the design, functionality and UX of our website presence.
- Creating new pages and refreshing content on existing pages.
- Troubleshoot and correct issues with support from our website host and partner, Interact RV.
- Continuously work with website marketing team and external partners to identify opportunities to improve site traffic and conversions through search engine optimization and user experience design.
- Monitor website analytics regularly to ensure site improvements are proving effective.
- Regularly generate and interpret site traffic and keyword comparison reports to proactively recommend adjustments to our SEO strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year accredited university
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably involving work on a high-traffic, consumer-facing website.
- Experience working within a content management system. Umbraco and WordPress experience are highly preferred.
- Experience and proficiency in leveraging HTML and CSS to perform website maintenance and enhancements.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager.
- Experience creating mobile responsive, user-centric designs for web and email.
- Prior experience managing website content with a focus on SEO.
- Proven digital project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated skill in creating and executing webpage layouts focused on guiding the user experience toward conversion.
- Requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and inter-departmentally
