WELDER Job at The Metal Shop
The Metal Shop is a family owned company with our corporate office located at 2541 West Dunnellon Road. We have been in the HVAC Manufacturing business for over 40 years and own multiple locations.
Our Hernando / Crystal River / Inglis locations have expanded and we are currently seeking several Welders from an entry level to advanced knowledge for Aluminum and Steel.

The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm.
No nights, No weekends, No holidays, 1 full week off for Christmas, paid weekly.
Employee MUST provide their own Auto Darkening Helmet, Speed Square and Hand Tools
Duties:
Cutting all Aluminum and Steel
Drilling and Tapping
Roll tank stand rings
Use bending machine
Spray painting
Assembling metal items
Welding and Grinding
Maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to read a tape measure
- Weld aluminum and steel
- Set Angles
- Operate a drill press
- Spray Paint
- Operate a chop saw
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Withstand working in extreme environments conditions such as heat of summer and cold of winter
- Speak and understand English
