Position Summary:

A Production welder is responsible for welding together all our products. 80% of all you do here at Seven Peaks Fence and Barn is weld. Occasionally you will have to prep material but for the most part this position is a welding position. You will be loading material into a jig and will weld the product together. We have loaders who move all the products in and out for you. This position is responsible for keeping a clean work environment, working together as a team and providing quality welds for our customers.

Job Roles:

• Weld, Weld, Weld.

• Prep material when needed.

• Finish all products.

• Provide quality welds.

Skills Needed:

• Welding skills are preferred but not required.

• We can train you how to weld from the ground up.

Education Needed:

• High School Diploma.

• We are looking for a team member who is anxious to learn and grow every single day.

Physical Requirements:

• Welding all day long. 6 plus hours.

• Lifting 50 LBS repeatedly throughout the day.

• Working in the heat.

Job Details:

• Starting pay $16 per hour. (Pay based off experience)

• Bonus pay after 30 days based on product standards.
