About You: A multi-platform Administrator excited to join a System Administration Team supporting a government client. Your primary responsibilities will be planning, coordinating and executing patch management operations, and configuring systems. You have strong experience with centrally managed Window systems patched through automated processes or in some cases manually if required to bring the systems in to compliance.

• General administrative expertise with general Windows 2012/2016/2019 environments
• Demonstrated experience with VMware vSphere administration.
• Demonstrated experience patching Window systems using SCCM (MECM) and 3rd party patching tools i.e., Patch My PC
• Experience with Microsoft InTune is a plus, but not required.
• Validating that vulnerabilities have been addressed; Experience in reviewing and analyzing evidence of remediation of security findings, providing guidance and expertise where necessary
• Ability to compose technical reports, system administration guides, statements of work, management plans and/or related documents.

• 3+ years of applicable experience
• Monthly 24x7 On-call rotation for afterhours application support; nights and/or weekends troubleshooting, maintenance and any other special circumstances.
• Ability to work onsite at the customer's location in Alexandria, VA; but currently the staff is in a 100% work from home posture.
• Self-starting individual with the ability to work independently on issues with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented technical and strong analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service and follow up skills.
