Base Pay: $15 per hour
Location: Ticket Offices in the Base Area

Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Typical Shift: Shifts may include morning, afternoon, evening, and split shifts or a combination of shifts.
Ticket Cashiers are responsible for selling lift tickets, season passes, multi-day passes to guests, and fulfilling reservations. This includes cash handling, operating a Point of Sale system, providing customers with resort information, answering guest questions, and resolving issues. Shifts may include morning, afternoon, evening, and split shifts or a combination of shifts. Applicants must possess strong customer services skills, be able to communicate effectively, and be able to maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment.

In this role, a successful candidate:
- Has a viscous attention to detail and a passion for following rules- works hard to get details correct by digging in and taking ownership for learning processes.
- Takes notes like crazy to get up to speed quickly. Constantly references notes and manuals
- Makes impact by consistently demonstrating initiative and a willingness to do whatever needs to be done
- Goes above and beyond (smiles, is friendly, engages the guest) to ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining quick transaction times, providing accurate information, and following policies and procedures
- Interacts with co-workers and team members in a friendly and helpful manner
Environment: This is an indoor position. Must be able to stand, sit, and talk (project voice through ticket window) for long periods of time, and occasionally lift/carry 25lbs.
Experience: Cash handling and customer service experience is required.
