Scope :
The HR Systems Administrator will provide day-to-day HR systems support to Human Resources and the organization in the HRIS (Workday), with a focus on reporting, security, audits and integrations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day HR systems support to Human Resources and the organization in HRIS (Workday), with a focus on reporting, security, audits and integrations
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of HCM and ATS business processes.
  • Unit test system enhancements and create test conditions for System Test and UAT
  • Assist in creation of user guides
  • Provide technical assistance and solutions in support of Annual HR Programs and Initiatives, such as compensation planning, goal setting and performance management
  • Serve as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, querying, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Serve as a liaison with other departments and process stakeholders
  • Recommend and implement short- and long-term HRIS operations initiatives in support of the business's strategic objectives. Recommend process/service improvements, innovative solutions and policy changes
  • Lead or assist with special HR-related projects and provide training to other staff members as needed
  • Be an integral part of a small team that prides itself on integrity, quality and collaboration
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • 4+ years of HR Systems, HCM experience
  • 2+ years of Workday reporting and/or integrations experience
  • Workday Studio or BIRT experience is a plus
  • Experience with Kronos and PowerBI or other analytics tool a plus
  • Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects
  • Strong functional and analytical skillset
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation and communications skills
  • Strong ability to handle competing priorities
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits:
TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.
Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation range and bonus are based upon specific physical locations.
Santa Clara/San Jose: $87,570.39 - $145,950.66 with Annual Bonus Potential
San Diego: $80,272.86 - $133,788.10 with Annual Bonus Potential
Santa Ana/Anaheim: $83,921.63 - $139,869.38 with Annual Bonus Potential
Colorado: $80,272.86 - $133,788.10 with Annual Bonus Potential

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
