Workforce Development Specialist-AntFarm Job at City of Estacada
The Workforce Development Specialist develops skills trainings programs for youth in Estacada and Molalla. The Specialist connects youth with year-round internships and employment opportunities within our organization and with our Estacada & Molalla partners in paid internships. The Specialist will also provide support and assist the Youth Services team in our Summer Work Program.
Our program plan identifies outreach to businesses as an initial primary job duty of the Workforce Development Specialists. This engagement will provide supportive data on the importance of accessing local community members in training and employment and will identify supports that this project can offer to assist with a community-based program.
