We are searching for a Workplace Experince Manager for an 18 month project. In this role, you will lead the efforts to enhance the Acushnet Workplace experience by managing the overall redesign of the Acushnet Company Headquarters in Fairhaven, MA. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless workplace experience that embraces integrated design. The parts – space, technology, process, and people must work in service of the demands of the business and attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect an associate experience that delivers upon our vision for a hybrid workplace:
    • Ensure workplace brings the vision to life for people working onsite and remotely in a hybrid environment
    • Work with cross functional teams to identify the desired experience in particular spaces (e.g. What is the experience of a visitor, or how does the associate experience arriving to work)
    • Ensure the comprehensive experience – space, technology, process, and people deliver upon the desired experience
  • Manage overall project ensuring that all workstreams are supporting our vision for the future employee workplace experience:
    • Work with all workstream leads to manage overall project timeline (Workstreams: Construction, Facilities, Security, IT, Communications, Finance, Real Estate and HR)
    • Manage the meetings, decisions, and coordination of HQ renovation workstreams
    • Establish program management, document management and communication protocols
    • Develop and monitor risks and interdependencies across workstreams ensuring project risks are elevated and key decisions are made to keep the project on time and on budget
    • Monitor and report on workstream performance to the Steer Co.
    • Inform the change and communications plan
  • Develop recommendation and implementation plan of key tools to enable success in the new workplace including space utilization tools, desk and room booking software and collaboration technology:
    • Understand what tools are needed to create the desired workplace experience
    • Lead cross functional team in selection process of new tools
    • Work with communications to embed implementation of new tools in overall change management plan and communicate benefits to associates
  • Map out key processes to reach overall desired experience (e.g. – Visitor experience/process)

Requirements:

We are looking for a project manager who has architected different large scale workplace experiences and has a strong background in bringing culture to life in an evolving workplace environment. If you have experience with driving alignment of large-scale office renovations and have a strong appreciation/knowledge of the overall construction process and workstreams needed to be successful, we would love to speak with you.
