Workplace Experience Partner to $75k!

Our client, a Massachusetts-based biotechnology company, is seeking a Workplace Experience Partner to add to their team! This is a hands-on, active role in a warm, energetic team environment! In this role, you will be responsible for planning in-office events, assisting with new hire onboarding, managing and restocking the office and kitchen, organizing team lunches, managing packages and deliveries, and ad-hoc or facilities requests as needed. The ideal candidate will have at elast two years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operational position, be an energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and assertive with a willingness to learn, have strong customer service skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
