Youth and Family Therapist, Strengthening Families in the Lower Pioneer Valley Job at Center for Human Development

The Center for Human Development is seeking a select number of exceptionally qualified and innovative youth and family clinicians to help design and build our new youth, young adult and family-centered treatment teams in West Springfield. Starting salaries are $54,000 (full time); part-time or fee-for-service also available.
The right candidate will have experience serving all phases of family life- from birth to young adults, and be passionate and potent in exploring and developing new paradigms for success in child and family behavioral health. Clinicians will be full partners in building a new model with pediatric prescribers (MD or APRN). They will conduct assessments, provide treatment and most importantly, serve as the hub of services in our new clinic models.
Requisite are a strong willingness to foster a culture of collaboration and to integrate services with effective community resources, an entrepreneurial spirit in building and nurturing the practice, and a strong commitment to serving CHD’s 50-year-mission of providing opportunities to thrive for people from all backgrounds and walks of life. With a focus on team-based care, evidence based treatments and a pioneering interest in developing new approaches, CHD is prioritizing the right care in the right setting at the right time. In support of these values, CHD will be offering basic training in ARC, TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, MI, and Structural Family therapy. CHD will work with clinicians to pursue additional training and certification in any of these areas. There are also 200+ free, professional development certificates available on our learning management system.
