Zoup! Eatery is a collection of locally-owned eateries – combining the best of Zoup!’s rich 20+ years of soup and natural broth legacy with an expanded, fresh-forward menu including grains, greens, composed soups and broth, and updated technology.
Zoup! General Manager Responsibilities:
· Ensuring only the highest quality soup, salad, sandwiches and bowls are served
· Maintaining management level food handler’s certification
· Motivating and managing the entire restaurant team
· Enthusiastically lead the Zoup! Culture (No Jerks!)
· Ensuring COGS and labor levels are managed
· Inventory management
· Execute and deliver catering orders
· Execute marketing promotions
Zoup! General Manager Requirements
· Be able to carry up to 32 lbs. (temps up to 175°F)
· Be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
· Willing and able to Reach Out! and engage with our guests
· Have basic cash-handling and mathematical skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer literate (experience with POS software is a plus!)
· 3+ years of restaurant experience
