Job Description
The ideal candidate is/has: At least 5 years in the remodeling/construction field. At least 5 years of interior design with strong skills in residential/hospitality design in NYC, Miami.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (emails and phone).
Experience overseeing projects.
Understanding of architectural plans.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with an eye for detail.
The ability to work with AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit
Responsibilities include: Designing, planning, and managing 4-5 projects at any given time.
Communicating between office, suppers, vendors, and customers.
Creating project schedules and adhering to the projected timelines.
Qualifications

Job Types: Part time
Contract Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift Day, 5 days a week
