Hours of Work : 40 Days Of Week : Mon-Fri, Remote Available Work Shift : 8X5 Day (United States of America) Job Description : Your Job: ODS Certification required. We need high-performing, experienced Clinical Data Specialist that is responsible for the abstraction, analysis, investigation, reporting and follow-up for quality indicators/measures from internal and external initiatives to improve patient care, processes of care and outcomes. Your Job Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience CPHQ or other quality certification preferred Current license in the State of Texas as a registered or licensed vocational nurse preferred 3 – 5 years clinical experience preferable in general medical/surgical nursing or patient care; or 3-5 years experience as a healthcare professional Your Job Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and openly Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment Be accountable for your performance Always look for ways to improve the patient experience Take initiative for your professional growth Be engaged and eager to build a winning team Methodist Dallas Medical Center is one of North Texas’ best places to work.
