Duties: * Oversees the construction administration phase of multiple construction projects. * Initiates document revisions and project reviews and processes change orders by coordinating with Project Manager or Construction Engineers.
* Prepares punch-list and close-out documents and performs post-construction services and investigations as needed.
* Provide Quality Control on construction projects that are being administered by others and assists in the preparation of construction project plans as required.
