Job Description:

Seeking a hands-on manager to lead the agent licensing and contracting team for independent life and health insurance agents. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership on process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of six overseeing agent onboarding and contract processing
• Monitor workloads, performance, and service metrics to ensure efficiency
• Resolve escalations and maintain accurate agent records and hierarchy
• Generate regular reports on team output and KPIs
• Recommend and implement improvements to streamline operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance contracting/licensing operations
• Prior experience managing a team in a home office or corporate insurance setting
• Familiarity with independent agent models, especially final expense or supplemental health
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
