Director of Engineering Virginia Golf Resort Job Description: As a member of the hotel's executive team, the Director of Engineering oversees the hotel's maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and service levels, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: Maintain Hotel Infrastructure. Preventative Maintenance using HotSOS. Compliance with various laws and regulations. Budget Management. Team Leadership - Training and Development. Problem Solving. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
