Responsibilities Customized Solutions: Be a telecom wizard! Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements. Be the walking encyclopedia of telecom goodness! Sales Pitch: Sell in the field, address customer concerns and objections effectively. Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and secured. Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision. Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and turn customers into lifelong advocates. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to conquer collective goals. Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions High school diploma or equivalent. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions. Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record. Physical ability to work in a setting with sitting, standing, and walking. Ability to work full time. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual preferred to support diverse populations. Sales-centric mindset with a passion for delivering results and empathy for customers. Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line services; ability to translate technical information for customers. Digital proficiency using CRM, POS, and related software; openness to new technologies.
